Graintell Support and User FAQ

Rabo Graintell* is available for Rabo AgriFinance customers.  The questions and answers below will enable resolution to issues you may experience during installation or use of the Rabo Graintell app. Please contact us if the answers to your questions are not in this FAQ.

 

App Installation

Q: What Devices and Operating Systems are supported by Rabo Graintell*?

A: Rabo Graintell is available for use on smartphones that run the iOS or Android operating system. It is advised to run the latest version of the operating system on your device.

 

Q: How do I install Rabo Graintell on my phone?

A: Go to the app store on your device (iOS: App Store, Android: Play Store) and search for ‘Rabo Graintell’. Download the latest version of Rabo Graintell on your device and open the app.

Q: How do I log-in to the Rabo Graintell app?

A: The Rabo Graintell app is developed for grain growers. For a personal account, to get access to more features of Rabo Graintell, users can get in tough via fm.us.RAFComm-Marketing@raboag.com for their personal account.

Q: How do I update the App?

A: We are working constantly to improve the quality and features of Rabo Graintell. Keeping the app up-to-date ensures that you have the best experience. Updating is easy as it is facilitated by the app store on your device. Visit the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) to keep your app up-to-date.

 

Q: Can I install the app on multiple devices? 

A: Yes, you can install the app on multiple devices. Use your personal log-in to access the advanced features. Be aware that your log-in is strictly personal and can only be used by yourself.

 

 

Login & Logout

Q: How do I sign in?

A: Once you have created your personal log-in, you can use these credentials to log-in to the Rabo Graintell app.

 

Q: How do I reset my password?

A: If you forgot your password or you cannot login, please use the ‘Forgot your password’ link on the log-in screen in the app. You will be provided with a verification code to create a new password.

 

Q: I am trying to reset my Password, but I have not received an email with a verification code.

A: Please check your junk/spam inbox. If the email is not in junk or spam, try requesting a verification code by using the ‘Forgot your password’ link on the log-in screen. Then follow the steps in the e-mail.

 

Q: How do I change my password?

A: If you want to change your password use the ‘Forgot your password’ link on the log-in screen in the app. You will be able to create a new password using the verification code that you receive in your email.

 

Q: I don't know my verification code.

A: When you reset your password on the log-in screen using the ‘Forgot your password’ link, you will receive your new verification code in your email.

 

Q: How do I log out of the Rabo Graintell app?

A: Click the ‘settings’ button on the bottom right of the screen. Scroll down to the ‘Your Account’ section and push the ‘Log out’ button. You are now logged-out.

 

Q: I received an e-mail from Microsoft regarding my account, is this correct?

A: Yes, this is correct. Microsoft supports the Rabo Graintell app, therefore you get an e-mail that is send by Microsoft, on behalf of Rabo Graintell.

 


Personal App Settings

Q: Can I add more than one zipcode?

A: No, you can only add one zipcode. You can, however, check different zipcodes and ranges subsequently.


Q: How do I change my zipcode?

Tap the ‘settings’ button on the bottom right of the screen. Tap ‘Zipcode’ and use the type your zipcode. Then tap ‘save’.

How do I update the Range?

Tap the ‘settings’ button on the bottom right of the screen. Tap ‘Range’ and use the slider to adjust the range. Then tap ‘save radius’.

 

 

Using the App

Q: How do I switch between commodities in the app?

A: Once you have logged in to Rabo Graintell, tap the commodity of your choice in the top left corner.

 

Q: How do I access the overview of basis and bids?

A: After having entered your zip code and range in the settings, tap the ‘prices’ button on the bottom left of your screen.

 

Q: How do I sort the data in the Prices overview?

A: if you tap ‘buyer’, ‘miles’, ‘basis’ or ‘bid’ the information will be sorted on the respective item.

 

Q: How do I access the heat-map with the latest basis?

A: You can access the heat-map with average grain-basis per region using the ‘map’ button on the bottom of your screen.

 

Q: How do I access the basis prices (average basis on locations within your region) overview?

A: You can access the basis trend with average basis using the ‘Basis’ button on the bottom of your screen.

 

Q: How do I access the futures overview?

A: You can access the Futures overview by tapping the ‘Futures’ button on the bottom of your screen.

 

Q: How do I access the settings?

A: You can access the settings by tapping the ‘Settings’ button on the bottom of your screen.
